1. Preamble
The general terms and conditions of sale govern all transactions made through the online catalog of EXCURTIONES MARTITIMOS. Any order implies unconditional acceptance of these terms.
2. Purpose
This contract defines the rights and obligations related to the distance sale of products offered by EXCURTIONES MARTITIMOS via the website www.locationbateau.ma.
3. Definitions
Distance contract: sale concluded via the Internet.
Consumer: any individual purchasing for non-professional purposes.
Order form: electronic document validating the order.
Order: consumer’s commitment to purchase a product.
4. Product
Products are offered subject to availability. EXCURTIONES MARTITIMOS reserves the right to withdraw a product without notice.
5. Placing an Order
Add products to the cart, confirm your order, and click “pay.” In case of an error, contact us within 24 hours to cancel the order.
6. Price
Prices are listed in Moroccan dirhams excluding taxes. Applicable VAT is added at checkout. Prices may change based on rate adjustments.
7. Order Execution
Orders are processed within a maximum of 7 days. If a product is unavailable, the customer is informed and may request a refund or exchange.
8. Delivery
The customer collects the goods at the specified address.
Costs: borne by the customer, calculated by weight.
Timeframe: shipped within 48 hours if stock is available.
9. Payment Method
Secure payment via CMI. The customer guarantees authorization to use the card. Transactions are secure and immediate after confirmation.
10. Data Privacy
Information is processed confidentially. The customer may request modification or deletion of personal data.
11. Order Cancellation

You have 7 days from delivery to return products at your expense, provided they are in perfect condition and unopened.
13. Warranty
Products are warranted for 1 year against manufacturing defects. Damage due to misuse is excluded.

CMI records serve as proof of the transaction between EXCURTIONES MARTITIMOS and the customer.
15. Force Majeure
EXCURTIONES MARTITIMOS is only liable if no force majeure event prevents it from fulfilling its obligations.
